Have new sauage making kit for my kitchen aid so needed inspiration. Wide range of recipes from the expected to the unexpected. All worth a try. Also lots of useful tips. Well worth finding a friendly butcher who will sell you some natural sauage casings. They are much easier to fill and the sausage cooks better. You will probably need to buy more than you can use in one making. They freeze well. I separate them then freeze before soaking to remove the salt. Sausage and mash will never be the same again.
