Just LOVE this flipper! Sure helps when smoking or slow roasting a large piece of meat (or small ones like chicken for that matter) in the great outdoors (porch and at camp sites)!! Very strong, well constructed and well thought out. Have always wanted one. Bought it and never looked back. Use it all of the time! Have had it for about 6 months now.
