Works wonderful! Use desired amount of ground beef, turkey or sausage to customize the perfect sized burger. The rings ensure the patties won't puff up in the middle while cooking. Cuts cooking time in half! We average 7min. Per side of a 1/3lb hamburger. Layer waxed paper in between patties to freeze. The rings help with freeze and thaw time. I use a jumbo sized cookie dough/ice cream scoop to make perfect uniformed sized patties. Another tip, cut open inexpensive sandwich bags and cover both sides of meat before pressing. Makes releasing patty easy and clean up a breeze!
