Debbie Myers Green Bags: I, too, have been scammed by Debbie Myers online ordering system. I ordered 6 sets and only realized afterwards that each set would have 9.95 tacked on for Shipping and Handling. I was not given a total before my order was processed (like you do on every other website). I immediately phoned Debbie Myers' customer service and was told "...don't worry - we can't cancel your order right now because it wasn't "downloaded" but call back tomorrow and we will cancel it then. Well, I called back tomorrow, and then the next day...well after 5 days I was told "...oh, your order was shipped out immediately after you ordered it". I truly believe that Debbie Myers online employees are trained to tell customers who are trying to cancel that they need to call back tomorrow.
Apparently, once I receive the package, I can 'return to sender', THEN I can call for a product refund. The Shipping and Handling refund is applied separately and will take approx 6-8 weeks. Seriously.
I am completely appalled at Debbie Myers (in my opinion) fraudulent customer service. Am I supposed to just shrug my shoulders and think: my mistake for ordering online
? No, sorry, I order through Amazon online a lot and have NEVER encountered a problem canceling my order. Ever.

If anyone is thinking of ordering Green Bags, they are available at local stores for $9.99, however, having had to waste my time trying to cancel my order, I can only urge you save your money. I believe if the customer service is so crappy, the product can only be as crappy or worse.
