This is an amazing book those of us starting out!Finally someone has taken the time to address the, "How do I even start?" perspective!It's great to be a garden enthusiast, but, how wonderful that THIS book will help those of us who AREN'T!I want to grow my own food- but, to start, I don't need to know every single thing that there is to know about the world of growing food.Perhaps I will become more interested along the way, but, right now I just want to get some food from my backyard without having to read a GIANT book or take some time consuming class.Thank you to the author for her effort to create a book that helps me figure out:What to plant- where to plant- what to buy (and not buy) and what kinds of critters I may want to (eventually) invite to live amongst my azaleas and Rhoddies!I also appreciate that I can read this book in small doses in- between the zillion other things I need to do in my life!When reading this book, I feel as though the author is talking RIGHT TO ME!
